The island, in weather
Every season reprices everything: storms and shipping roll over the island as you scroll.
Work/Case study
An immersive site for Rock Island, a financial institution that builds the food, health and education infrastructure island economies are forced to import.

The brief
Rock Island helps countries build the infrastructure that makes life better, starting in the Bahamas, with schools, hospitals, labs and farms on its record. The site had to show capital, construction and operational oversight under one roof, and make the case for island economies like the Bahamas and the Philippines, which import their food and sit in the same storm belt.
Direction
The whole story plays out on a single 3D island. The weather rolls in, and what Rock Island built is what is still standing when it clears.
Colour
Deep slate for type, sea blues and a pale storm sky, so the island and what stands on it carry the colour.

Motif

Signature moments
Every season reprices everything: storms and shipping roll over the island as you scroll.
Farms, cold storage and labs rise on the island as each programme is told.
Food security, health and workforce, each shown with the building it made.
Build proof
Lighthouse, desktop, measured on the live site in September 2026.
Webik understood that we had to show a record, not make promises. The island says it better than any slide deck we have.
